How's everyone feeling about this guy now?

He wasn't too efficient with his touches this week but he's still clearly the lead back here despite the return of Woodhead (TWest was a healthy scratch), he's getting healthy volume, some passing down work, still near the top of the league in YPC and his coaches now seem to trust him near the goal line.

Seems like a lot of people are still worried about Dixon's return next season, but Collins looks pretty dynamic and seems to have this job locked down for now.

Nice free add. Long term, too many questions. Looks the part, runs hard, clearly best back on that team.

x2 on the analysis of him as a RB, although I'm not sure what is meant by "nice free add"? He's definitely not free anywhere, so I'm assuming you're referring to his price pre-season? I'd still pay a 3rd for him, maybe even late 2nd

Sorry. Free add as in, he was very likely a free add a few weeks back when he was signed from Seattle's practice squad and placed on Baltimore's. I thought at that time, he was destined to take over lead back duties if they gave him a legit shot. It isn't clear for him looking forward however. My gut says this will be Dixon's backfield with Collins spelling him next year don't see Baltimore spending early pics or high draft capital at that position.

He looks really good, buy opportunity if his owner doesn't actually watch him play and thinks this year is likely a one off

It wasn't that long ago (pre-draft process) that this community loved Alex Collins..

He looked slow in Seattle and mike Davis looked lost in SF. Good to see both turning it around.

I'll still sell if I can get a top-10 pick for him, but otherwise I'll hold and hope he can be the next Jordan Howard

I just bought him in a league where I'm out of contention last week, I think he has a shot to keep the lead role next season

Maybe it's the jersey # and hair but he looks Ricky Williams like.

After his big game against the steelers Collins certainly will make think the ravens fo think hard during the off-season about the starting job next season. Guess Dixon is the loser here

I would have to imagine he has earned the right to be the starter next year. No matter how good Dixon looks, etc.

The question is, will he be Rob Kelley and only play running downs, and be totally useless in negative game scripts?
Will he be Matt Jones last year, and lose his job after a few games because he's not a complete back?
Or will he be Jordan Howard, and get utilized as a workhorse back who yes, has limitations, but also can really wear down a defense.

I think the first one is the most likely, but hoping for the 3rd scenario!

So the real question is: If you're not a believer what do you sell for?
