Is this something that the NFL had when they cleared him, or is this another Ray Rice incident where there was a video that they didn't find in their investigation?
I guess unlike the Rice one, this one is far from clear. Definitely appears to do some kind of chest bump to knock her into the car, then not clear if he punched her or just threatened it.

In any case I believe this is video from the incident in April the police have already chosen not to press charges - they likely had the video already. Maybe this changes the NFL stance, but since they had previously ruled on it

They're already getting a lot of heat for the Ezekiel Elliot suspension, I dont think they want Miami ripping them a new one and joining forces with Jerry Jones because they reverse course because of a video of a push.

I don't actually see the violence, though the video is very blurry. Have we gotten to the point where touching someone (non-sexually) without hurting them is illegal? Ray Rice and Joe Mixon actually knocked someone out. I see a difference.
