So... the Pats have literally only ONE quarterback now, not even one stashed on their practice squad. Do they sigh Kellen Moore or something?

Or do they try to acquire Hoyer? He would make a ton of sense backing up Brady (again)

So the Patriots were bluffing all along about franchise Garoppolo. SF will be a good place for him to develop long-term with Shanahan there. Need to get him some weapons in free agency.

But their 2018 cap situation is pretty ugly (according to overthecap they have $2.4m cap space in 2018).

Damn. That's what I was hoping for in FA. I own Arob in both of my leagues and would love for him to have a mid tier QB

My only question is why wouldn't you trade a 2nd for Jimmy G?!?!? If that's all it took, the Browns and Jags should have offered that weeks ago. That's an easy decision to make, with limited risk associated with it.
