Week 8 Discussion

Postby JoshGordonsDealer » Thu Oct 26, 2017 7:47 am

I'd like to open with: "how the hell are the Dolphins 4-2?"

After a few amazing Thursday night games, I think this week should be a spectacular letdown.

Excellent question.....one of the most enigmatic teams I have seen. Don't even have an answer for you there. Maybe because they haven't played the Pats?

Joe Flacco is gonna feast tonight and prove all the nay-sayers wrong! Passing for a season high 2(TWO!)50 yards, 3 TDs (yeah, one will be to the Dolphins, but that's just semantics), and rush for 23 yards! Start with confidence and watch with glee as your projected weekly points drops steadily throughout the game!

Suck on those eggs, opponents of mine!

I hope they get to 5-2 riding the Ajayi Express

Mainly cause I’m starting him tonight. This is his last chance for him to show me he’s a starter otherwise he isn’t riding my bench the rest of the way.

Yeah, I'm kind of hoping Jay, can have a big game .. at least a TD ..

I like how controlled his running style is, it looks really reckless but if you notice that he always falls right, never awkwardly, there is a real grace there and I think it takes great agility to be able to do that ..

Landry is probably going to continue to tear it up - and likely it won't be done too quietly after tonight.

Currently 5th in PPG among WRs in PPR and riding a 3-game TD streak.
He has also been playing very good.

I would love Landry on my football team, such a gutsy WR, he really is everything you want on your team.

Also would love to see Moore be super efficient, move them up and down the field at will, make it hard for Cutler to come back

I feel like Landry is super undervalued...I sent many offers out asking for 1st+an upside player or pick(Foreman/Crowell/2nd) and i got laughed at. Maybe i value him to high? Looks like I'm holding !! He always seems to produce anyways !

The Dolphins may as well concede that the Ravens will start all their drives at midfield and stop wasting time with punts

Am I remembering correctly that talks of player ejection with regards to QB hits is already a subject for rules meeting in the off-season? For some reason I recall seeing this subject recently somewhere

The two games MIA lost this season, looked a lot like this, 3 and outs with a lot of punts... 1st half of the ATL game was a lot like this too ..
