anyone here actually in favor of league vote? a commish in one of my leagues changed to league vote cuz he got tired of cry babies coming to him complaining of deals they felt were unfair.
my stance on league vote is that is basically a yes or no question of " Are you jealous?"
nobodies opinion should matter except the 2 owners trading, if they feel it helps their team then good for tem, everyone else stay out of it

Mid season changes should always require a UNANIMOUS league vote. So, to just outright change the settings really shouldnt just be changed like that imo

If your commish cant handle owners that complain about other owners moves, then the league won't be around long. Changing any setting midseason is completely inappropriate as a commish and as above poster said, should only occur if 100% unanimous approval.

League vote is the worst possible idea. Even perfectly fair trades get rejected cause people are jelly they didn't get "such and such for a great price!"

If your league is 11 good owners and 1 bad owner then a league vote makes more sense than no veto at all. If your league is 8 bad owners and 4 good owners then a league vote will do more harm than good, but who wants to be in that league anyways? And in the ideal league of 12 good owners it doesn't make a difference either way.

For the record: i agree with you on league vote.
There is one worse option than league vote, however.
Commish approval replaces the arbitrary whim of X-2 owners with the arbitrary whim of 1 voter.
Leagues should be instant approval.
