I liked Treadwell coming out of college, but I think Minnesota has already moved on. When they drafted Treadwell, there was clearly more opportunity available. But since then:

-Diggs has turned into a hell of a player.
-Thielen has turned into a hell of a player.
-Rudolph has found life.

Where is the room for another high volume receiving threat?

If Treadwell is going to breakout in Minnesota, then he'll have to beat out one of the players above to do it. I don't see it happening, so at best he's the 4th/5th option depending on how involved the RB is in the pass game.

Good luck. With him being the top target on that offense now, I havent found any owners willing to budge moving him now.

So does this basically make him droppable? He’s at the end of my bench and the next man up to be dropped.

I'll never say droppable because this is dynasty. And, something like a trade could change things.

I never liked Treadwell coming out of college and expressed it a lot. However, I did include him in my buy low list. At the end of the day, he is 22 years old and only in his second year. Also has draft pedigree. I personally always felt he was very raw. If I can pay something lime a 3rd to get that I am all over it. Hard to see a random 3rd having more upside.

Even if he does develop though, with the emergence of Diggs & Thielen; it will likely take a new team before he has any fantasy value.

John Ross perhaps? A lot of people felt like they had to take him at the end of the first round...but didnt like it. Hes worth a gamble and owners may just want him off of their bench.

100% correct. I took him at 1.12 for team 2, and didn't like it. I was able to include him in a package to get ARob and I was thrilled.

This was the only buy low thread the search function could find. It could only find 1 2018 sleeper thread, too.

So, Ameer Abdullah as a renaissance man?-
Everybody knows the Lions had a world of issues getting anybody blocked in the ground game, giving no back a chance to really do much of anything of rhythm with any back. Bob Quinn certainly knew that when the only coach he sent out the door directly with Jim Caldwell was offensive line coach Ron Prince. Quinn and Matt Patricia, who has his own offensive line background, have brought in a far more experienced and renowned coach in Jeff Davidson, whose designs have sprung a 100-yard back 67 times in 13 seasons on the job. (The Lions, by contrast, have done it 13 times in 13 years.) If they believe he'll fix the designs and how to coach them, they could believe they already have a lot of the pieces in place.

The reality is the backs have been hard to evaluate without these running lanes. Quinn has talked up his expectations for Ameer Abdullah. I believe he has some legit talent and was benched more for fit than anything else. Theo Riddick is a proven third-down option, and LeGarrette Blount is here to handle some runs, particularly in short yardage, which was the one theoretical skill set missing from the position group.

Derrick Henry, Malcom Mitchell, Kenneth Dixon

Mitchell and Dixon need to stay healthy, of course, but these guys have a chance to be productive. And it feels like Henry can be had for a good price from a frustrated owner. Still has huge potential to me, and its not like Dion Lewis is a lock to play 16 games.

TE Troy Niklas
-2nd round pick by Arizona in 2014
-hampered by injuries each year since
-goes to team (Patriots) with clear TE need behind Gronk, both this year and the future
-Patriots have revived the careers of other players with a history of injury issues, like Dion Lewis
