Week 5 Discussion
Re: Week 5 Discussion
KC had that game controlled from the get-go, then you factor in Watt/Mercilus...they probably should have put that game to bed earlier.
Man, I don't know if Watson will be a good QB (aka winning games/making it to playoffs) but from a fantasy perspective, I'm really bummed I sold him for a 2018 1st a few weeks back.

Re: Week 5 Discussion
"Fantasy option" as in starter? Not really, except maybe a bad bye week. For me it's more about how it'll interrupt his development, especially with this high-output offense that KC is using now. He has a good outlook with the Mahomes Era coming up but this might slow that down, which is unfortunate.captain howdy wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2017 4:19 amWatons to Fuller was not garbage time. I think the only good thing that happened to me was Watson/Hopkins/Fuller garbage time. Pulled me out of the hole in two leagues where I thought I would lose for sure.
The idea that people are affected by a CHRIS CONLEY injury is kind of weird to me. I dont own him, was he actually a fantasy option?

Re: Week 5 Discussion
I sold him for Monc and Juju last week before his first 5TD game. I feel dumb now, luckily it's a 10 team 1QB league so I'm not kicking myself too much..Servo wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2017 5:37 am KC had that game controlled from the get-go, then you factor in Watt/Mercilus...they probably should have put that game to bed earlier.

He has been useful in 16 team Leagues, with injuries and byes you want any starter, I've rostered guys just for KR yards, so yeah, it gets like that ..g30rry wrote: ↑Mon Oct 09, 2017 6:16 am"Fantasy option" as in starter? With the substantially sub par weeks from Hyde, Gurley, Baldwin, Keenan AND Jordy, I find myself only needing 31 points from Diggs in order to stay unbeaten. I'm kind of thinking that isn't even so unlikely

Re: Week 5 Discussion
In one of my leagues where I'm trying to stay unbeaten I need 44 points from Diggs, Sendejo and Hicks combined {so I'll root for your 31 for Diggs as that will be a big help to me as well!}

I'd like to see Bradford just open it up and sling a long ball to at least show that he can or the Bears will crowd them all night

Rookie looking good. Not even letting these penalties get to him.

I need 7 points from Diggs to win. That's not happening with the way Bradford looks. There's no doubt he needed to sit this week as well.

Re: Week 5 Discussion
Howard td being called back on weak holding call. Thompson getting a weak opi call.
Makes no sense, this ref crew sucks.
Also, Cohen is having trouble running his shifty quick style on the bears poop field. Can't keep his footing.

If Bradford can't score a TD from here, they should leave him behind in Chicago!

Bradford looks like he shouldn't be playing.
