Even if he stayed with Buffalo I think he will be pretty good. The issue was the Eagles anticipated him being an outside WR. With Jones and Kelvin, Matthews can go into the slot where he was productive and could perhaps be a WR2 or 3.

Depends on what "Buy Low" means. I picked him up for a late 2nd in a 16 team league earlier this season and feel that his value should still be in that range. He might even be closer to free come the offseason. Most fantasy teams would be happy to have him as WR3/4/5 going into next season.

The time to sell this guy was last year when he was being brought onto the Bills. Seeing what he's done in the spotlight now with a rookie across from him, I won't be buying any time soon. If I did want him on my team, my offer probably wouldn't move the needle enough for the owner to trade and that's completely fine. In other words, if you own him, hold him. If you don't, you'll be fine.

He's still only 24/25 with a pair of thousand yard seasons under his belt, good draft pedigree, and fantastic measurables.

Not a fan either, but Matthews should be rostered in a 14-team league...I'd drop Fiedorowicz for him rather quickly.

Saw him dropped in two of my 6 dynasties too and a paid quite a bit to grab him. Lost season, FA in 2018. Worth a flier. I think he's a lot better than this, and the cost was some bidding bucks. No problem there. Have to admit I'll be very happy when I'm able to move on from his RSO 2 year 11 mill contract I gave him back in 2016. Thought it was a bargain at the time. Clearly wrong, at least for 2016-2017.

Also agree he should be rostered but I wouldn't drop Fiedorowicz with other options that can be cut from that roster. Drop Butt.

Im not a fan of the buffalo passing game. Not a fan of the way he was used thus far in his career and obviously not a fan of the nagging and frequent injuries. Seems to me though that he is still just as talented as the young wr that put up back to back 1000 yd seasons. It's come down to snaps, targets, and his level of involvement. Seems to me that the Buffalo passing game is as close to inept as nearly any team in the NFL. So, some of his ineffectiveness as a fantasy asset and NFL player - can be explained and understood. Anyway, He is young, and when healthy, if he ever gets on a team with a decent offense, with a OC that utilizes the talent that is available in the appropriate scheme, and a qb that can pass the ball... He'll produce wr2-3 type numbers. His production thus far has been frustrating for owners that expected wr2 numbers. But, for owners that understand what he has and is dealing with, it's a non issue and just another obstacle to be patient with. His injuries have held him back. I don't for a second think he sucks in terms of wr talent. It just isn't that simple. In the dynasty format, if you have normal sized rosters in normal sized leagues, odds are for most teams, he just isn't an asset that is drop-able. The lack of patience in this hobby is an issue for many owners. Smart / savy owners have the ability to look at the big picture and capitalize.

I'd personally keep Butt over Fiedorowicz.

If he is dropped, yes, pick him up.

I got him added as a throw in on a trade and I think he’s a smart add for upside next year. At this point he’s basically free and he’s got a profile that could pay off down the road.
