Martin is overrated, I've never liked him.

You have a solid team. You're probably flustered after the DJ injury and a little desperate to improve your RB2. But Doug Martin isn't the answer. Perhaps you can buy low on Mixon? Or go after low-stock guys like Tevin Coleman and Crowell.

X2 He's in a different boat than D. Murray but from an asset perspective, I think they should be valued similarly.

Both Martin and Murray have had great success in the past, are young enough to still be RB1s this season but are old enough & have enough red flags to cause concern. Martin actually has a much better shot to be a RB1 1-2 years down the road tho, IMO

I can't imagine any Mixon owner would sell low on him. He's looked fantastic on film and got lots of playing time this past week. He's just primed to explode.

The only place you could consistently buy Mixon low was in redraft leagues. But even that window closed. The only people selling Mixon for cheap now are ones who dont know how to play fantasy football.

Traded Latavius and the 1.10 for Doug Martin and the 2.02 right after the NFL draft this year and imo his situation has only gone up, none of the RBs for TB have had too much success over the past couple weeks, at least not enough to steal the job from Martin, and with all the injuries across the league at RB you could definitely sell him for a decent pick to a desperate owner looking to compete

Martin still has elite ability. Watch the man play. He is a very real injury concern, absolutely. But he's still in his prime numerically, and is gonna be the starting RB for an improving team that WANTS to be ground & pound.

You do realize that it's not uncommon for leagues to allow owners to put suspended players on IR, right? Pretty sure it's even part of the default setting for MFL
