Higgins went for $63/$200 FAAB in my team 1 league below. I put in a bid for $21... I ended up getting Ricardo Louis with a $0 bid.

Lax work ethic and diva-personality issues are his real primary concerns. Higgins has been on auto-pilot since his 2014 season, and took that attitude with him into the NFL. The hope is that him getting cut to the practice-squad in Cleveland was the wake-up call he needed, although I don't know how being a 5th round pick and barely getting any snaps his rookie year wasn't already a sufficient wake-up call.

Not sure what you are basing that on, but in 2015 his coach attributed him as having the same work ethic as AJ Green. If you were basing it on his 2015 skid was expected as Garrett Grayson went pro, so he had a change in coaches and QBs. As far as Diva, yes that's been an expressed concern, however, I don't that will be the case after playing for the browns and being cut to a practice squad, who knows though...

Plenty of worse pickups, considering this guy is currently the listed starter and scored really well in Matt Harmon's Reception Perception coming out of the draft.

Well, he doesn't have the nickname Hollywood without a reason. But, I always thought his poor draft combine is what tanked his stock.

Diva kinda comes with being a WR. That stereotype has been around forever. I don't read into any of that. It's just an easy narrative to go with.

He has gone for $126 out of a $150 FAAB budget in one league, and is currently on the auction block in another at $122 out of 200 in another.

I guess i dont see what all the fuss is about.

Hmmm, yeah, no thanks.
I bid $22 of my remaining $75 in a $200BB league. I am probably not getting him, I guess.

I think he's got mid WR2 upside in any 12+ team PPR league if he can maintain the volume he had this past week (he almost had a TD too but Kizer had a horrible miss that turned into a pick, Higgins was open and Kizer threw it way behind him) and a floor of a mid WR3/flex. Picked him up for 30/200 faab dollars for the team in sig where I'm already pretty deep at WR and RB, generally not someone that spends money on FAs but I figured why not, had to drop Wendell Smallwood for him.

People broke the bank for him in every single league that I'm in. I overpaid substantially for him in several leagues (I tend to blow my BB money very early as long as the league has some FCFS period as well), but missed getting him in over 1/2 my leagues when owners spent 100% of their budget on him. These are 12x28/30 leagues mostly with no K/DST so the WW is usually pretty thin, but i was still shocked at how many went "all-in" on him

This is the guy I am looking for while people spend big chunks of budget on Higgins.

I had him this offseason, buzz was really good. He's certainly a good FAAB play in those leagues or counter play in waivers leagues, just based on value. Britt seems done, disinterested, and soon to be cut. Britt's work ethic has always been poor.
