CJ Anderson 2017

Week 1: 20 carries for 81 yards, 1 catch for 7 yards on 3 targets in San Diego. Looked good, didn't get much done.

Week 2: 25 carries for 118 yards and 1 TD, 3 catches for 36 yards and another score. Looked great.

I think we're finally seeing him at full health. Can't recall where I read it, but he may have played hurt most or all of last year. I know I know, they all play hurt, but some are hiding tears or leg injuries. Denvers o-line was bad last year and may be playing better too.

In a year when there are few solid RBs, how do you see his dynasty stock? Is this a temporary blip?

Glad I bought him by selling Spiller a couple years back.

I have held him since.

Well this is the year that nobody hyped him up, so he'll probably have a great year. That's usually how it works right? I'm one of the original CJA truthers, but even I had pretty much moved on from him as far as him being one of "my guys". Luckily I held all my shares of him, but that's only because I couldn't get anything in return for him.

I've always thought he was a good RB, though a bit unspectacular. There's just always been something standing in the way of a true RB1 breakout for him. Either it was a bad o-line, having to split too many touches with guys like Hillman, or injuries. I think his situation is good this year and he has a coach that's willing to give him near workhorse touches. The elephant in the room is still injury, so all we can do is cross our fingers and hope he can remain relatively healthy this year.

I don't disagree with this either. If I could get a 1st and a piece for him or maybe even just a 1st that at least has a chance of turning into a high pick then I'd sell. If I'm still looking at just a 2nd then I'll continue to hold.

If he runs physically and is always banged up, won't he likely be there again soon? Sure, he could finally stay healthy but his track record says otherwise. I'd sell too

Booker will be back in a week or two. I feel like CJ is the better back, but how confident can you be that Booker is nit going to eat into CJ's workload?

Pretty confident? I mean, we got an extended look at Booker and he was totally middling. Now he's behind CJA and Charles, and CJA is being paid a ton of money and is performing well.

Like everything with CJA, it probably comes down to his health. As long as he's on his feet I can't imagine Booker being the source of problems.

The whole Booker thing was way overhyped. It was always clear that CJ was a better running back. Very glad to see him playing well this year.

Dallas' Run D is laughable.. Sell now

They only looked good week 1 because Giants can't decide on a RB to use.

CJA has always been productive but like so many players, just has trouble staying healthy. I've always been a fan mainly because where I drafted him, he only needs to be a RB2 and he's very capable of that, just has to stay healthy.

CJ's biggest hurdle is health. If he can manage that this season, he can put up RB1 numbers. Washed Charles and Devontae Booker aren't threats to do anything, except spell him when he's tired.
