who do you like to be the most productive back there with Dixon and Woodhead out?
West, Allen, Langford, Collins or there is talk of Campanaro moving to RB, possible Ty Montgomery situation?

T West seems to be a stubborn sumbitch. He will continue to outlast everyone.

I agree, West is a stubborn sob. Anyway, yeah, T.West should be the main guy till he gets dinged up. If that happens, my money is on A.Collins taking over lead back duties.

I like where your head's at, but I wonder if Langford might be the better back between the 2 of them? Definitely not advocating for either, but at least he's flashed competence.

I think I saw that A.Collins averaged 4 yds per carry in his limited role behind a suspect Seattle O-line last year. I just think he was drafted into a crowded situation and turned into the odd man out. If he gets a crack, I still think he may have the talent to do something with it. Long shot for sure, but the price is right due to the upside and the current jags in front of him.

Collins definitely did not look bad when he played with Seattle. I think that just might have something to do with coaching staff but I could possibly be overthinking it as well. I would definitely pick him or campanaro to really put some time in with that muddled situation.

Campanaro can't stay healthy long enough to play WR. Moving to RB seems like a terrible idea.

Buzz has been on Buck so that'd be my choice plus he can catch the ball. West will get the touches with a lead but most other game situations will favor Buck.

I never heard anyone say that Campanero might "move to RB", but rather that he might fill part of Woodhead's role - that is, short passes, dumpoffs, etc. I don't think there's any chance of him running out of the backfield.

Buck Allen is JAG but he is in the right situation at the right time to return value this year. Hes been with the team the longest of the bunch. I've got my money on him being the most useful piece of this pie in 2017 but I think they add an RB in next years draft early.

This is where I'm at as well.

Same here. 10-12 carries and 4-5 catches per game seems reasonable.

Langford promoted from practice squad. Woodhead to IR.

8 weeks of West as the lead back, Buck as the 3rd down guy, Langford to give them a break. West should be the primary if the team is leading, Buck if the team is trailing.

Langford has a shot however small. Might be the best combo runner/receiver they have even though he isn't particularly good neither are West/Allen.
Interesting to see how things shake out in BAL as things go forward

We shouldn't forget that Langford is awful.

Looks like a West/Allen split until Woodhead returns. Can't see the Ravens using just one primary back here.

West will take the lions share (1st and 2nd down, 3rd and short, goal line, etc.) I doubt they continue to run 40 times a game. Allen will handle the change of pace stuff (West is tired, - and long, 3rd and long, etc.)
