Eric Ebron & Detroit TE's

Postby 21TD » Fri Aug 18, 2017 3:09 pm

I know ebron is a trendy pick for a breakout this year, but seeing as injuries may be a concern already, is there any of his backups worth looking at?

Darren Fells
Tim wright
Cole Wick
Michael Roberts

I know fells is old so probably not worth a look but i was thinking maybe roberts since he's young. I have reed doyle asj jonnu and bucky hodges so not sure if i even have a drop, but curious on peoples thoughts if there is any value to be had, im in a 12 team 30 roster league so gotta be ahead of the curve

Fells is the blocking TE because Ebron can't. Fells has had a good camp and some nice catches. Roberts is the rookie picked in the third round I think. Roberts is getting a lot of looks in camp with mixed results. Fumbles and drops mixed with gold stuff

the 4th round pick Roberts is where I'd go.. but honestly I like the TEs you have .. I'd rather roster what you have over Roberts..

I also feel the majority of the community thinks Ebron will get the bump with Boldin's departure, but I think the biggest benefactor will be Tate..
