I'm not buying the Jets go from the worst offense in NFL history for the TE position since Keller left to ASJ holding value. Especially with the need to help blocking their RB's and horrible QBs

Do yourself a favor and pass on the whole offense and you'll feel better.

Bowles said he would Enunwa would not be cleared for 6-9 months.....that sounds like a fairly serious issue. Unfortunately, this may end up being more than just season ending for Enunwa.

I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but I think Robby Anderson finishes as WR2 this year. The guy was a factor end of last season in his undrafted rookie year. And he led the league in preseason yards. The guy is a player. Volume and Garbage time points will make him very relevant fantasy player this year.

Does suck. I have some shares of Anderson in deep leagues but it's more because there wasn't much else available than because I had high hopes.

The real fantasy question is, when the Jets take one of the elite QBs next year at number one overall, how far do we devalue him? This is fixing to be one of the worst teams in the history of the modern NFL. They're not likely to recover from that in one season. Although the Lions fan in me is definitely thinking that misery enjoys company at 0-16...
Bowles will probably be gone as well, so would depend on who the team brings in. With Woody off doing ambassador things, the job may no longer be toxic. They have some solid parts on defense. They won't be competing for a playoff spot, but they could be good enough to not destroy a young QB.

People just don't believe in Anderson and not sure why. He worked this summer with another slender and tall receiver built just like him named Chad Johnson who was a great player. Anderson is a younger player than Enunwa and flashed big play ability when given the opportunity. Trade for Jordan Matthews who is a better receiver than Enunwa, and Jets will be ok there with Stewart and Hansen learning.

Anderson has some big play ability, but he's really a poor receiver overall.

With Enunwa out, ASJ really looks like the only one talented enough to take advantage of this dumpster fire.

Bummer. I guess Quincy's ascension to superstar status will have to wait another year. Darnold to Enunwa sounds pretty awesome for 2018 and beyond...

I doubt the Jets trade for anyone good. They're not trying to win games this year. Sam Darnold should start looking at homes in NY.

Yep, pretty sure this one will be very little contest as to who earns that pick.

I somehow ended up with Robbie Anderson, Jalin Marshall, Devin Smith, Quinton Patton, and ASJ at the end of last season (10 team full IDP with 47 man rosters, 5 IR spots).... Roster cut down isn't for 3 more weeks, wonder if I keep any of these guys besides Anderson and ASJ, with D Smith being placed on IR until that fills up...

This is a very good point. I'm surprised they haven't scooped him up actually.

Not much of a surprise, since he's awful at football and has essentially been cut twice during OTA's in two years. Jets are stuck. If they can't find a quality veteran to help their young receivers, they should just stand pat. Makes no sense to trade picks during a season when you're going to be awful.

The good news is that the Jets are going to be terrible at the right time. They'll have their choice of Sam Darnold, Josh Rosen and Josh Allen. This QB class could potentially be loaded. Also, the Jets are going to be flushed with cap space next offseason in a free agent class that has a bunch of notable WR's (Watkins, Landry, Robinson, Matthews, Benjamin, Alshon, Pryor).

To ensure they get that first pick?
