FWIW I think his most recent ADP on DLF was WR10.
I don't see it rising anything above that and why Im still not buying at that price
That's fair and kinda hard to argue with that. I just like the talent and hope for the best. Hemming and hawing over whether he's WR5, WR10 or WR15 not really what I'm trying to do.

Tldr; Robinson's short-medium game was on par with 2015. His low production games are attributed to too few targets, his big games came when he got 9+ target (very do-able).
Where he fell off was on the deepball, he lost 15 deepball targets (46 to 31) and of the 31 he got last year, 5 were deemed catchable and he made 4 grabs for 100+ yards.

Not to beat a dead horse but, does anyone's opinion now change that Henne might be at the helm in JAX? I don't know much about him, is he better than Bortles or about the same. Do you think he can get catch able balls to Arob?

Did you watch this last preseason game? Garbage throws everywhere. Completely uncatchable. I'll only be scared if Bortles remains the starter.

Tbh I don't think anything is as bad as bortles. Maybe with henne we get a 2015 Hopkins type season where the ball is just force fed to the best receiver (arob).

As a Bortles owner, last night was very disappointing - I don't think he will be starting and it will either be Henne or they will sign someone like Kaepernick. Maybe they can convince Romo to come out of retirement, that team would be a contender with a legit QB.

Oh man, and now Henne is in the mix? To quote Yoda, for all those who say they aren't afraid- "you will be. You will be."

Henne is not much more accurate at any level than Bortles, but he will take shots downfield, sometimes even when it's ill-advised. I think that ARob will get more shots at big plays, but he'll need to make some spectacular plays to make the most of it.

Just like 2015 Hopkins with his carrousel of guys throwing the ball at him. I think arob's style lends itself to that type of QB play (give my a jump ball and I'm going to win it)

I think it will be at least a slight upgrade to ARob if Henne gets the job which it looks like he will probably get it. Like others have said, it can't get much worse than Bortles at this point.

I have this feeling Henne is going to be good for fantasy, but still bad to terrible in real football. I also agree with ARob being a benefactor.

at this juncture I would rather have henne , thinking back to a couple huge games with justin blackmon and hoping for some of that with henne . bortles seems like he has entered the matt schaub jake delhomme( give me back my son) end times phase and that kills the value of everyone around him IMO.

After last year? Absolutely not, Bortles is straight garbage and unfortunately has won people a lot of money/leagues. Talk about paradox.

I'll admit that ARob wasn't good last year either, dropped too many balls and wasn't surefire like he was in 2015 (regardless of the scoreboard). But who knows whether or not he was trying to overcompensate on every target or had no idea if Bortles was going to make a semi-accurate throw.....

Not at all.

Part of having confidence in Robinson is the understanding that Bortles will either improve or be replaced relatively early in the overall career arc that represents Allen Robinson's time as a high potential WR.

This is what is happening. This is the system working. This is why holding an early 20's WR who has shown he can do it already offers significant optimism despite a suboptimal situation.
