I have bought Derrick Henry in 4 (out of 5) leagues this offseason (although I ended up trading him in one of those leagues)

I have sold rookie picks 3, 4, 4, 5, and 7 since the draft, so I guess I am selling rookie picks. That wasn't really intentional, people just liked them more than I did when the draft got close I guess. I have also sold Martin in a couple leagues after the draft when his value recovered.

ASJ has been a cheap buy for me. People view as their sell chance and don't believe in him or the Jets, but he has talent, a nice opportunity for targets, a TE coach that uses the TE, and a new QB in 2018. If he can stay the course this year and bring back some of the prospect he was, he could see a value revitalization next offseason. Still young and can be had for 4th round picks. Worst case you cut losses after the year and you had a quality flier with a legit talent.

I have a tough time with some of those buys considering Crowell is at his higher price ever, Martavis is at his highest price in a long time, and Snead very much the same. Rico also is now a popular name and valued at something for the first time ever, though still cheap so could be worth the risk depending on the price. I understand there is appeal to the players right now, but buying the others but the prices are going to be at least a 1st round pick and seem to be poorly timed. Tough to mine any value there and you're taking all of the risk.

Buying: Diggs, Watkins, Duke Johnson, Maclin (pre balt signing, though sometimes can still be had reasonably). These are probably my 4 strongest bets to outperform ADP this year and would love them on every team I have.

Selling: Rookie picks. No asset consistently generates an overpay like current rookie picks. Happy to sell them for current production, multiple later picks, and/or future picks.

Buying: Rookie RBs. If they explode, this is the cheapest they'll be.

Selling: Aaron Rodgers. I used to own all copies of Rodgers not that long ago. I sold all but 1 copy.

A one year RB rental, as I was relying on Zeke, Lynch and Dixon.
Murray. Stewart, Ingram, McFadden, Powell, Gore, whoever's cheap enough.
Avoiding Blount, AP, Baltimore guys unless they're dirt cheap.

Selling: 2018 picks while draft fever is still alive.
