Switzer is nothing more than a poor man's Beasley right now. Terrance Williams has the Z locked down (for some reason). Switzer sees the field when a) Beasley gets hurt or b) the game is out of hand.

Williams is a solid blocker and Dallas builds their offense around the run. It's the same reason Kearse continues to see more snaps than Lockett & Richardson in Seattle. It's the same reason Kevin Walter, Riley Cooper, Josh Morgan, etc had successful football careers while being mediocre on the stat sheet.

Hard to roster him outside of deep formats, but there's no doubt he can get open. Dak loves the short to immediate stuff, he's deadly accurate. I think it'll take him a few years though.........

This could be a Patriots type of situation where they roll out a few shifty, undersized slot WRs and slowly move the chains with a spread attack.

I'm keeping an eye on him. Looked at data of second and third year WRs drafted in first four rounds to ID any unrosteres guys who might make the jump, and his name popped out.

Not sure how much 2018 relevance he'll have but coaches from Dallas brought him over in trade which is always a good sign.

If Father Time flushes Nelson out of the league in 2019 Switz could be the number 2 target.

I wouldnt be surprised to see Switzer mentioned in the DLF Summer Sleeper series.
