Beyond the DLF rookie ADP/Rankings
We have a 5 round draft in a 16 man league and I have pick 5.14. Most ADP/rankings don't even go that low. If I missed a thread with super deep sleepers I'm sorry. I was wondering who people are targeting beyond the top 50 rookies?

Re: Beyond the DLF rookie ADP/Rankings
Cole Hikutini is a guy I like at TE of Kittle doesn't work out in SF.
Matt Dayes and Justin Davis at RB
And Krishawn Hogan at WR in AZ. I could see him and Williams leading the charge there in a few years.

Re: Beyond the DLF rookie ADP/Rankings
I've used the NFL draft tracker website to get some ideas for rookies that are deep sleepers in the past and they have the players in a general draft order with grades next to each player. It is not a fantasy football grade so you'll have to do more research on each player but I like using it to look for other options.

Re: Beyond the DLF rookie ADP/Rankings
80 players deep isn't too bad but definitely deep. QB's might be an obvious choice if Kelly or Dobbs is available maybe. No IDP makes it a bit more of a stretch but there are always some long shots to speculate on. Tanner Gentry WR CHI is a deep guy I like and guys like De'Angelo Henderson RB DEN. I would imagine guys like Noah Brown/Krishawn Hogan are scooped up. PHI has a couple WR's I like in Shelton Gibson (down camp though), Greg Ward or the guy getting some buzz in camp Mack Hollins. Bug Howard WR in IND has good metricsSteveMaddensShoes wrote: ↑Sat Jul 22, 2017 10:33 am We have a 5 round draft in a 16 man league and I have pick 5.14. Most ADP/rankings don't even go that low. Re: Beyond the DLF rookie ADP/Rankings
Butt, Kittle, Dobbs, Peterman (Buf QB), Hood, Darboh.
You can also go look at the actual nfl draft results and get names that way. There are probably some guys that were drafted in the late rounds that might have some sleeper appeal.

Re: Beyond the DLF rookie ADP/Rankings
Darboh was a 3rd rounder and has good combine numbers. People who know better than I do are overlooking him so they might have good reason, but it seems to me like he's underrated.

Re: Beyond the DLF rookie ADP/Rankings
I ended up taking Shaheen at the 42 overall and Deangelo Yancey 78 overall. I like Shaheen's upside and Yancey looked good from the small amount I saw of him. Also a 5th rounder in GB is never something to sneeze at.
I did end up waiving-
Hollins
Rico Gathers(maybe too soon but hype will build soon enough)
CJ Beathard(I don't know that I believe but Shanahan does so I guess I'll roll with it)
KD Cannon (but gonna flip him for more waiver dollars to someone else)
When it comes to these late round guys I just end up watching a few minutes of youtube highlights and call it good. I don't have time to scout everyone. I tend to trust my gut and intuition over a small sample and live with it. I know youtube can make anyone look good but if I watch and don't even think their highlights are impressive I just go to the next guy. I wasn't impressed with guys like Taywan Taylor at all. I know he's not a deep sleeper but he just looked like he was overwhelmed by stiff competition. Same for guys like Isaiah Ford and even Robert Davis unfortunately.
There's no way to give real substance to what I do so take my late round suggestions with a grain of salt. I liked Yancey a lot. I thought he looked very fluid and resembles a starting NFL wr. I liked Hollins as a guy who could be a poor man's Vjax. I didn't like Devante Mays but figured he has a decent shot as some carries.
Anyway, not very scientific but those are my guys for the moment. I'll add more as I watch more and develop more opinions.

Shelton Gibson after that
Aaron Jones
Robert Davis
Krishawn Hogan
DeAngelo Yancey
Jehu Chesson

Just a guy who loves fantasy football - specifically defense.
Re: Beyond the DLF rookie ADP/Rankings
Darboh is my favorite back here. Some others I like are Krishawn Hogan, Devante Mays, Robert Davis, Isaiah Ford, Chad Hansen, Tanner Gentry.
