I was fairly impressed by him last year. He needs to put on like 15 lbs, work on the concentration drops, and if he stopped fighting cops it wouldn't hurt, but he seems to have good speed and a my-ball mentallity. I would hold him over a 3rd, but probably move him +3rd for a 2nd if it was offered.

I own Robby Anderson and he helped me win my league championship since he produced nearly WR1 value weeks 13-15 in PPR. I like him a lot. I'm a Jets fan and watched most of his snaps. To me he looked open deep all the time, he is extremely athletic and plays fast. Sometimes too fast and drops the ball. Despite the few drops, I think he has strong hands from what I seen. Poor QB play held him back. Fitzpatrick is a joke throwing deep, he would just chuck it and hope for the best. Realistically, I think he could settle in as a nice WR3 as being a field stretcher. I'd hope for more, but those are probably low odds.

I wouldn't worry about the offseason arrest. I did read he is competing for the no. 2 spot with Adarius Stewart. So he will have to earn all the snaps he gets. Good thing is he will see plenty of time this year as either no. 2 or 3 to judge his talent beyond this year. I doubt he has any trade value so I would hold.

Pretty sad being Jets fans at least we have our dynasty teams to keep our interest. Robbie looked good last year I thought and he was only a rookie, I don't know if he really projects be a great fantasy asset but I own him in 2 leagues and I'm holding. You never know we could use a little UDFA luck. I feel like he is basically what Devin Smith should have been. Thank goodness Fitz is gone those ducks he tried to throw deep were soooo sad!!

I'd say hold. he's a prime buy low (if possible) target for me at the moment. McCown (whilst he stays on the field) is decent enough at chucking the long ball, so he could easily have some good value. I like him as a WR4 who'll provide a couple of big weeks to win matchups for you

The Jets drafted ArDarius Stewart for a reason and that reason isn't because they see Robby Anderson as the future across from Enuwa...

They had Enunwa, Anderson, Peake, and a suspended Jalin Marshall. Obviously they were going to draft a couple receivers. Don't get me wrong Stewart and Hansen could end up being the best 2 WRs they have, but it'd have more weight right now if they drafted one of them before all the safeties were gone.

I have too many reasons to not like him....
  • 190 lb WR
  • UDFA
  • Arrested in May on Felony counts for resisting arrest & obstruction of a Police Officer
  • QB NY Jet hell hole
  • Likely Rookie QB in near future
  • Only 24 games played in college
  • Temple
  • Poor College Game Logs
The odds are so heavy against Robby Anderson doing anything useful. He's shown nothing in college or the pro's to indicate he could ever have any sustained success. And he's already having off the field issues.

You feel that any of these Jets WR will be given some chance this year (hopefully Stewart and Hansen get on the field) to showcase what they can do.

Now you have Enunwa and or Anderson facing CB1 or CB2 coverage on a regular basis (you'd think) and no clue how they'd produce with that being added into the mix.

Yeah he needs more weight. But when a guy at his height & speed can be had for free & is starting! I'm all over that. Yeah I picked up Meredith & Tyrell last year for the same reason. When these type of players boom half the league goes crazy giving you offers. Don't expect that for slot guys like Humphries. Lol

Im not quite sure where to rank in dynasty, Im not sold on him really.

I will say, he is still on the WW in my standard redraft league. A lot of people arent sold yet, but Im sure he gets picked up this week finally

There is no reason he shouldn't be rostered in any league, considering hes WR11. However, in dynasty I wouldn't have much faith than him being a low end WR2 going forward. He's in a perfect situation this year as the Jets have no offensive weapons, often trailing from behind, and McCown is pretty good with the deep ball. The Jets will have to bring some additional talent in and spread the ball more.

In a startup I would take him before; Hogan, Bryant, Moncrief but after Coleman, Doctson, Benjamin. So around the WR28-32 range.

I'm convinced he is a solid WR2/3, and would probably draft him ahead of guys like Woods, Agholor.

As soon as he puts up a few mediocre games, I am going to try and acquire him.

He should be a productive WR3 for the next couple of years. Most people are not going to value him very high and I would think getting him in the WR25-30 range would be reasonable. I would put him in the area of J Matthews, K Benjamin, and E Sanders.
