I don't understand the love for engram. Not bashing his ability but from a fantasy perspective I don't recall the last giants TE that was a stud in fantasy. Do people just think he will be another receiver? I know he has the skill to line up all over but with all those WR mouths to feed I'd rather take njoku. I'm not savvy when it comes to TE so if someone can explain it to me then that would be great.

Giants took him while Njoku was stilll on the board, many believe he will have a Mike Evans type impact next few years.. I personally think Brandon Marshall will take almost all of Engrams targets, ... now if Brandon Marshall gets hurt, is ineffective, I'd suspect Engram would step up mid season..

Here is my tentative list:

1. OJ (Late First)
2. Engram (Early Second)
3. Njoku (Early Second)
4. Shaheen (Fourth)
5. Everett (Fourth)
6. Jonnu Smith (Sixth)
7. Hodges (Sixth - Eighth)

1. Njoku (Super dynamic, plays for the browns, and they cut Barnidge)
2. OJ (Safe play, however there are a lot of mouths to feed)
3. Engram (I liked Engram the most prior to the NFL draft, Eli will spread the ball but again too many mouths)
4. Shaheen (I like this pick, Bears got him in the 3rd and reports are surfacing that Miller will get cut)
5. Everett (Someone has to step up in the Rams offense right?)
12 team, 1PPR: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, Flex, Flex
QB: Brees, Smith, Bortles,
RB: Zeke, Freeman, Buck Allen, Duke, Burkehead, D. Lewis, A. Peterson, C. Grant, Blount
WR: Hilton, Thielen, G. Tate, Edelman, Fuller, Cobb, R. Matthews, C. Meredith, Ginn, Amendola, Pryor, Hurns, J. Matthews
TE: Kittle, Eifert, Brate, McDonald, J. James
IR: K. Dixon, Jermey Hill

2019 Picks: 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 5th
2020 Picks: 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 5th

Cause it's dynasty. I would agree that year 1 there are lots of mouths to feed there in New York but a year or 2 down the road what does the offense have? A legitimate #1 in OBJ and a possession WR in Shep (& maybe a different QB). I like Engram a whole heck of a lot more in y2/y3 than I do in y1.

I agree with these rankings. I also think Jonni has a ton of upside listening to what delanie has said about him. Extremely competitive, wants to learn, and be perfect. What successful people are all about
QB: Jimmy G,Mahomes, Andy Dalton, Brisset, and Stidham
RB: Zeke, Saquan, Dalvin Cook, Guice, J.Hill, and Damien Harris
WR: Diggs, DJ Moore, JuJu, Sutton, Fuller, Paris
TE:Hunter Henry, Irv Smith, Herndon

Moose was commentating how Engram reminds him of Andre Reed, thought it was a good comparison. He's even starting to inline block some ..

It's kind of a shame that CLE is only targeting TE's 11% of the time, like 10% under the NFL avg ..

I was going to try to trade for Njoku but he plays in Cleveland and the owner wants future value.

Engram was a high risk/high reward guy who has mostly proven he isn't high risk.

I don't get the love for Njoku, what has he shown? Howard still has high potential, but his value is dropping which mitigates the risk. But Engram is just pure potential at this point.
