Decker signed a 1 years deal with the Titans. I see this as

Good for Mariota. Self explanatory.
Neutral for Davis. While it limits his upside this year, it also lowers expectations. Too often now, we expect rookies to have 1,000 yards or we start to get on the hate train. He gets a longer leash in terms of the window we expect t to start seeing results now.
Slight negative for Taywan Taylor. He won't get as many first team reps.
Negative for Rashard Matthews. Unless they have a very specific role in mind, he's going to lose the targets that made him PPR viable.
Very bad for Tajae Sharpe. Any chance he doesn't even make the team?

News is that Decker will be taking targets from the slot. He won't be a center focus like he was in NY but this also could mean he is a really good buy low now. One thing for sure, if it is Matthews and Davis on the outside, the Titans just picked up a really good slot receiver.

i like your take. I hope Sharpe can stick and possibly unseat Matthews in a year or so, but I think he was just one of those flashes in the pan.
