Trading away Reggie Wayne straight up for Matt Schaub in a 1-QB years ago back before we move to keeper and then eventually dynasty.

Did a trade last offseason and wanted AJ McCarron added to his side. He asked for a throw in to do it. I threw in Terrell Pryor, who hadn't done anything at that point, cause of his age.

There are many. One that sticks out is trading Doug Baldwin for Denver's D the week before he blew up 2 seasons ago. Trading Davante Adams and a first for DGB last offseason still stings as well

I'm sure there are many, but casually swapping Spiller out of a deal and insert then rookie Davonta Freeman at the request of the trade partner and thinking nothing of it hasn't helped my chances.
