The MFL article, linking to a Titan's website, says that Decker actually lives in Nashville? So maybe that's his priority.

Definitely not ideal for the fantasy landscape, unless you have Mariota.

Titans don't throw much anyway. 4th in rushing attempts, 28th in passing attempts. It's possible they plan on passing more, especially if they add Decker, but it wouldn't make much sense behind that offensive line.

To be honest, with the type of player that Decker appears to be, he doesn't need to sign right away. There are plenty of teams that could use his services and then we have to factor in any potential injuries that could happen in training camp.

His wife is a country singer and they already have a house in Nashville.

Yeah may not even be a big story with Decker already living in Nashville. Probably right on Davis. He will be down field target. Just like Mccafrey, Titans didn't take him top 10 to not use him.

Maybe that injury was worse than we thought?

He was playing at a really high - if not elite - level for years before it.
It is way early there will be more teams. I'm sure he will want to see what his value is the next week or so.

Rams, Niners, Browns, Titans, Bears and I'm sure there could be more.

Actually one of the knocks on Davis in year one was that he would likely face every team's number 1 corner. It's possible if Decker signs with them that he gets more breathing room and actually does better.

The intriguing thing here is that teams gave 8M$ to guy like Woods, Sanu and Cie but Decker, a far better WR, was due to make 7.5M$ if I understand.
Didn't he have to clear the waivers ? Wouldn't make sense that no team pulled the trigger at this price.

I believe he is not eligible for teams to claim off waivers based on his seasons completed. He can sign with any team he likes.
