2017 Bold Predictions

I haven't seen a thread like this created yet for the coming season. What are 3 bold predictions you have for the 2017 season (fantasy or general NFL)? Bonus: What is 1 bold prediction you have for the 2017 post season?

1. Eddie Lacy stays healthy and rushes for about 1,200/10.
2. Patrick Mahomes and Kareem Hunt are KC's starting QB and RB by Week 12.
3. Ryan Tannehill has a career year in his second season under Adam Gase's, throwing for about 4,500/30/15.
Bonus 2017 postseason prediction: SF signs both Kirk Cousins and Terrelle Pryor to 4-year deals after a big year in WAS.

2. Dalvin Cook will be the the best fantasy PPR running back
3. Andy Dalton will be top 5

I know it's supposed to be an exceptionally talented class at TE, but is #3 really all that bold? How many rookie TEs have had top 10 finishes at their position over the last 15-20 years? Gronk, Shockey...anyone else?

I had a feeling someone would say that. I agree it's not THAT bold, but plenty people are making it seem like multiple rookie TEs are going to produce right out the gate. I considered saying they won't finish top 20, but I think that's more likely to happen.

All of these things are very possible and if not while I was reading through them I was like.. That will happen, that one too, I bet that one does as well, that prediction isnt too bold lol
