Tips for managing multiple leagues

So in the span of three years I've gone from two redraft leagues, to two dynasty and four redraft, to six dynasty and five redraft leagues! Clearly I have a fantasy football addiction problem! Managing six years last year wasn't too bad, but I'm going to have to up my game when the season starts this year. If you are in multiple leagues like me (across both MFL and ESPN platforms), I'm curious what tools and/or tactics you use to manage your teams. Do you just use spreadsheets? I've seen sites like 4for4 advertise tools to manage multiple teams across different platforms, do you have any experience with those? If so, are they good/worth the cost?

My brain consists of nothing but football information so no spreadsheet needed for me.

I keep track of each leagues waiver system on a sheet. Day of week etc so I don't forget. Other than that nothing.
