But other than that I dont get offers... Its okay though, some people you just can't trade with
Is that really that far off? I'd want another 1st, but many are quite high on Moncrief and Doctson. This is a reasonable starting offer...
I think it's pretty far off. Moncrief hasn't proven anything and Doctson has been hurt, which in turn, means he hasn't shown anything either.

Are you even counter-offering? Or opening the dialogue? If not, then the people who don't respond to offers are just as bad as those who throw out terrible ones.
^^ This, its pretty easy to send an email back and say, "hey I'm not really looking to sell _____ so I'd probably need to be blown away to get rid of him. I feel a little wary of buying _____ based on their situation but would you be willing to part with ____ for the right price?"

As everyone above has already posted these offers aren't that bad, and it seems the seller is under the impression that people expect Parker to progress and hinder Landry's value, which many people do believe. Aside from trade 2, I won't think any of these offers are insulting.

I woke up to this today, this should make you feel better. For team 1 in my sig.

Give: Gurley, Miller
Get: Nelson Agholor, Jamaal Williams, Larry Fitz

Its trades like these that make me wonder how another manager even comes up with these trades.

hockeyBjj wrote: Tue May 09, 2017 8:42 am I understand vastly one sided trade offers happen, but in my current league it's like some guys' strategy is just to throw out garbage weekly and hope you click on the wrong button and accidentally accept

Currently have these in my inbox

Get: Tyreek Hill
Give: 1.03

Get: Devonate Parker
Give: Caroo Leontee, Theo Riddick, 3.04, 2018 2nd,

Get: Devontae Parker
Give: 2018 round 1, 2018 round 2, Jordan Mathews

Get: Devonate Adams, 1.07, 2.06
Give: Jarvis Landry, 1.06, 2.04, 3.05

These happen very frequently, with one of the guys a repeat offender that everyone in the league knows he always offers horrible things. Sadly, he's the comish
I am not bumping this to tease or insult hockeyBjj - rather just to show once again how values can change ove time - IE 18 months ago 1.03 for Tyreek Hill was considered an awful offer.

You missed another one. I think most people would pay that in heart beat to get Adams now, so definitely highlights how values change!

Bahahaha. I'll take my licks on this. The hindsight can be useful to help guide our future decisions, especially on the misses

This does supports the never veto unless collusion mindset. If I was a better dynasty owner, I could have accepted both of those "horrible" deals, been mocked by my league mates in group chat at the time, and been rolling with a stacked team to a championship right now

Instead I have Corey Davis (who I flipped for Derrick Henry), and Landry on the Browns rather than the #2 and #4 ppr WR that are 24 and 25 years old :wall: :wall: :wall:
Team 1- 10 team ppr, 1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 2Flx, 1D, 1K

picks-
2024- 1,1,1,1,2,2,2,3,3,4,5,5
2025 1,1,1,2,3,4,5

Kudos on your response! Like I said - this was not meant to target you - just using the trade offers as examples of how values can shift. Speaking of Tyreek Hill he just went for D. Thomas and a late 1st in one of my leagues. :(
