How often do you get horrible trade offers?

There is this one guy that send me a crap offer like moncrief, doctson, 18 first for Evans.. Once every couple of weeks.. I just reply with hahahahahahha now and tell him I will only trade if I see gurley Zeke or fournette.

But other than that I dont get offers... Its okay though, some people you just can't trade with

Is that really that far off? I'd want another 1st, but many are quite high on Moncrief and Doctson. This is a reasonable starting offer...

I think it's pretty far off. Moncrief hasn't proven anything and Doctson has been hurt, which in turn, means he hasn't shown anything either.

Sure, you're going to have guys who have no idea what they are doing but you're also going to have guys that are going to test the waters and see what you know.

Are you even counter-offering? Or opening the dialogue? If not, then the people who don't respond to offers are just as bad as those who throw out terrible ones.

^^ This, its pretty easy to send an email back and say, "hey I'm not really looking to sell _____ so I'd probably need to be blown away to get rid of him. I feel a little wary of buying _____ based on their situation but would you be willing to part with ____ for the right price?"

I understand vastly one sided trade offers happen, but in my current league it's like some guys' strategy is just to throw out garbage weekly and hope you click on the wrong button and accidentally accept

This does supports the never veto unless collusion mindset. If I was a better dynasty owner, I could have accepted both of those "horrible" deals, been mocked by my league mates in group chat at the time, and been rolling with a stacked team to a championship right now

Instead I have Corey Davis (who I flipped for Derrick Henry), and Landry on the Browns rather than the #2 and #4 ppr WR that are 24 and 25 years old

Kudos on your response! Like I said - this was not meant to target you - just using the trade offers as examples of how values can shift. Speaking of Tyreek Hill he just went for D. Thomas and a late 1st in one of my leagues.
