TE Premium Rookie Draft Top 12

I'm in a PPR league where TE's get 1.5 ppr. It's not a huge bonus, but it consistently moves TE's up the board in the draft. Here are my rankings for TE premium league...

I have picks 1, 8, and 9 in this league... trying to game out how things may fall

I still have Cook in the top six because I don't think the Vikings landing spot is the end of the world like most do. I have the 1.05, 1.06, 1.09 and 1.12 in TE premium like you described and am really thinking of taking Howard at the 1.06 though just not sure if I can pass up on Cook's talent. Especially since I can hopefully grab Njoku and/or Engram later.
I also moved up Perine because I liked him before the draft and the situation just solidified that.

I'm more RB needy than WR and while I'm not convinced at any of the QBs, the Sflex format means the upside is worth the pick cost imo. I'm picking 1.08 & 1.09 and expect to pick up a TE and QB.

In my TE premie league, I'm guessing Howard goes 1.03-1.05, Engram, 1.07-1.08, and Njoku 1.10-1.12. Seriously!

More red flag than moral, but the nature of the red flag adds to the level of discount I'd want before investing. I've Ross lower than most due to the injury red flag, character red flags like Mixon has means I wouldn't invest a Dynasty 1st round pick in him.

This is how I currently see my draft play out, but it's also dependent on the team needs that I see. If I had the 1.5, I'd take Howard over Cook/Williams.

I'm assuming Howard goes 6 or 7. Njoku 8 or 9 and Engram within a pick or two of Njoku (in the 9 to 11 range?)

personally I would've taken Engram or Jones over Ross but that's just me, his injury history worries me too much and he's gonna be second fiddle to Green for at least a few more years

I forgot to mention it's best ball as well as the 1.5 for TE's. I also considered Engram but ended up picking Ross thinking he would put up a few monster weeks in a best ball format. I also legitimately earned the 1.01 so have needs everywhere, but yeah, Engram would have also made sense for me.

TBH, what is the most surprising to me is that this probably isn't too far off from where this year's TEs will get picked in standard ppr leagues. Maybe a spot or two lower, but I wouldn't have been all that surprised to see 2 of Engram/Howard/Njoku go in the top 7 with the TE bonus.
