Doyle is an obvious one, I really do like Vance Mcdonald as well. Id also buy stock in Bennett this year but not sure he can be considered a breakout.
When will the Fleener hype stop?! Every year I say he sucks and every year the hype appears. Every year he is in a good situation to produce and doesn't. The next year comes and the hype starts again. Why? He is not good. Vance is Fleener all over again but not even as good as Fleener.

Bennett is a seasoned veteran and perennial TE1 who just went to a dream situation and is in no way a candidate for a breakout list.

Thanks for all of this. I feel a bit armored for the upcoming free agency in my leagues.
Just a guy who loves fantasy football - specifically defense.

Yeah some of the breakout predictions are a little off going by my definition . Not saying it will happen, but if a TE breaks out in NE, I definitely think it will be that 87-cat

I do kinda still like Vance though. He is better than Fleener!
Dynasty player since 2002.
I probably should have done something more productive with that time...

Brate's stock just took a tumble, he could be a very cheap short-term solution now.

Cheap:
Doyle

Cheaper:
Vance -- If healthy
Derby
Maxx

Cheapest:
Dion Sims -- Contract suggests he will have a chance to beat out Zach Miller. Pretty athletic vet. Could be a winner.
Waller -- Athletic. Raw. Saw some RZ usage last year and was just fine. If he can block and get on the field he could be Ladarius with a better health record some day.

I'd agree with Hooper ATL, Swoope IND ...

I also think Julius Thomas is probably one of the best buy low opportunities going into 2017 .. Gase is on record saying teams that stay in base defense is going to see a lot of Julius .. (a lot of teams didn't move into sub packages vs them last year, even in 3 WR sets...)

Swoope and Vance have been mentioned, they were the first two to come to mind.

Also, though they are in their second seasons, I like Higbee and Hooper quite a bit.

If you have a strong stomach, Julius Thomas is back with Gase in Miami.
