Who's the SAFE player you want your NFL team to draft on Thursday?

Who's the player that may NOT be much of a value economically, but a guy who's name you'd be very happy seeing on your NFL team's card? Example, if you're a Cardinals fan, no one is interested hearing how you'd like to see Solomon Thomas drop that far. Obviously any team would love him in the teens.

For me (Colts fan) it's Forrest Lamp, G/OT from Western Kentucky. He's usually rated as a mid-late First-round guy, so he wouldn't technically be a reach at #15, but also not a definitive steal either. Just a super safe pick who would go a long way in shoring up a steadily improving Indianapolis O-Line, not unlike another conservative pick last year: Alabama Center, Ryan Kelly.

If the Saints pass on Reuben Foster at #11 I'll be upset, we desperately need a guy like him even if it's considered a "reach" now.

Davis Webb @ 32 or 43 would be fine with me. I like him a lot and he's definitely flying under the radar IMO

9ers fan, I'd love i the browns did browns things and take anybody but Garrett at #1 so the 49ers could get him. I'd especially love it if the 49ers used this windfall to trade back for a nice haul. The safest thing right now is to increase their high end picks given the lack of talent. But I won't be disappointed if they stick with the pick either. (holding onto hope that this time next year Cousins will be a 49er)

As a Bears fan I've been figuratively banging the table while shouting Jamal Adams' voice for a few months now. The guy is an absolute stud of a DB, lives and breathes football, and exactly the type of leader you want to add to your locker room. It just makes too much sense, and he could impact not only the defense but the team as a whole tremendously.

And the last famous #33 the Bears had wasn't all that bad, either.

Titans fan here. I would love the Titans to take Jamal Adams with the 5th pick. Talented with a great work ethic. Think he could be one of the safest picks in the entire draft. At 18, I am hoping Davis falls or the Titans select on of the TE's to give Marcus some more talent. Delanie is getting older and seems to battle through injuries year after year now.

As a Chiefs fan, Jarred Davis in the first. Lots of talk about RB or QB here. Ideally I'd like to see them take Davis or Cunningham if they dont trade out of the pick, which is what I actually see happening. Both are SAFE moves for a Chiefs team that should be better than last year with a few minor adjustments.

Vikings need to take BOLA (best offensive line available) with their first pick in the draft, which isn't until the 2nd round. Anything else would be silly in my opinion. It's their most obvious hole.

Not sure how Cherokee feels, but our sbnation page arrowheadpride.com is salivating over Mahomes. I think even the "top QBs" are sketchy prospects this year. I would much rather the Chiefs go in a safer direction like Cherokee talked about, take a shot at a QB later in the draft or even better yet, set their sights on the 2018 QB class.

From a fantasy standpoint I'd like to see the Cowboys draft Evan Engram, as I think it's a perfect storm situation for Engram.

Even though the top end of this OL class isn't hyper elite, there will be some really quality options there for you in the 2nd.

This. But under the assumption that the Browns take Garrett and the Niner's don't make any trades and stick with the pick, I'd like to see them land Solomon Thomas, or Jamal Adams.

Packer fan, would like to see T.J. Watt in the first. Supposedly a Clay Matthews clone. I'm not delusional enough to think he'll be as good as J.J., nor do I want him just because he played at Wisconsin. I'd pray that Fabian Moreau or Sidney Jones were available in the 2nd round.

Pats fan....would love them to trade up to the 12th spot by trading Garoppolo to Cleveland and nab Derek Barnett. Seems to be going roughly in this spot and it would greatly bolster their pass rush.
