Well, that would make him the new Blount. I feel like Gillislee will be the bruiser, Rex as the primary pass catcher and a heavy dose of James White doing a little bit of everything... leaving Dion as the odd man out maybe.
Rex, Gillislee, White, Dion, Bolden, DJ Foster. No more room for Blount. Bolden should stick for special teams I think. Who knows?!?!?! Very interesting though or just a massive mess... not sure yet. I still love the idea of Burkhead with Brady.

What did they offer Blount? Does anyone know? I thought it was significantly less than that. I feel bad for the guy. I'd demand equal money to a back like Gillislee after the season he had, as well. It's Blount's last contract, and it looks like he will never earn a significant (by NFL standards) paycheck.

As a Bills fan, I am fine with this. He was solid and made plenty of plays, but I like Williams and think they could grab a depth back around the fifth rd or so too.

Probably minimal. Gillislee helped them out and they'll now need to draft a back, but they can get a cheaper back now with that 5th round pick they will receive, which will help them with their cap. Matching the offer might really cause some cap issues.
