To me Hopkins value to be a WR1 is completely tied to getting a million targets. He is a solid WR2, whom should have been sold after 2015, and I wish I would have sold then, but I sold this offseason before Romo retired.

Hopkins can't have any worse QB situation than he did last season, did anyone watch Osweiler? He was horrible with that slow elongated delivery. It may not be much better with Tom Savage but they still may make a move for a QB but I own Hopkins in two leagues and I'm not bailing on him, it doesn't change much if at all for me.

He had lousy QBs his entire career and did alright with anyone not named Brock. He'll be fine without Romo.

Romo retiring has no impact on my valuation of Nuk. Not sure Romo would have even been an upgrade over Savage, as he hadn't played a meaningful game in over a year, turns 37, and probably wouldn't have stayed healthy all year anyway. So if anyone was relying on Romo to be some sort of Nuk savior, they would have been disappointed (not that Nuk needs a savior). Nuk will be fine and I'll buy him anywhere I can if owners are getting nervous because Romo retired.

Just depends on who is behind center. I don't think the value drops that much at this moment.

Anyone who valued Hopkins higher as a dynasty asset, based on the possibility that an aging Romo might possibly throw to him for a year or 2, and now values Nuk at a lower price, should stop playing dynasty.

 It's ALMOST a stretch even for redraft thinking.

I've said it before and I'll say it again... the draft can't come fast enough. We're reaching a bit as a community for something to talk about.

I think he just dissed Nascar or F1. Not sure which.

I did not move the needle on an assumption that Romo would be Hopkins QB, but I cannot blame others who did. I dont think anyone changed Hopkins from like WR20 to WR5, but I can easily see thinking Romo is Hopkins QB ergo I am going to put him as my WR7 instead of WR8 overall.
Please speak to clarion contrarion before considering the use of vetos..
