Re: Buy-Low RBs?
Apparently a lot of 'Sotans think CJ Ham is going to break out this year, with AD gone. He is from my hometown and a lot of my friends are friends with him (acquaintance to me). There was some story posted about him being this year's Theilen, which about twenty different people posted on social media. That is very far fetched, and not just due to Latavius/McKinnon, Oline, offense, etc. Though I do know there are quite a few locals on these boards, so maybe I am the crazy one...

Re: Buy-Low RBs?
I just sent 1.03, 1.11, 2018 1st and Doctson for Gurley and Cooks. I was tired of whiffing on draft picks so decided to get some proven players. We'll see if it works out. The guy I traded with is rebuilding. I think it was a good deal, but I've whiffed on trades before as well. Time will tell. To answer your question, I think that the 1.03 and any of the other pieces would have gotten a deal done for Gurley alone.mullmania wrote: ↑Tue Apr 18, 2017 11:37 amWhat did you buy Gurley for? I like this one. Not that I think it is likely but I just dont see Murray or McKinnon being the answer. Doubt he gets much of a shot until later in the year.Friction wrote: ↑Wed Apr 19, 2017 9:25 am Apparently a lot of 'Sotans think CJ Ham is going to break out this year, with AD gone. I would also say that Crowell isn't a buy low this year. He has received nothing but hype this off season and his value is defiantly the highest it has ever been.

What's a CJ Ham? That a nickname or a real person?
Depending on your definition of "buy low", Riddick and Powell are nice RB2/3 ppr options to be had at 2nd round prices

Re: Buy-Low RBs?
I sold AB for Gurley and Parker. My team is in rebuild so I figured I'd sell AB and get some youth, plus my best RB was Rob Kelley... I've got draft picks 1.01, 1.02, 1.05 and 1.07 to help get some youth upside on my roster but I may be thin at WR now that I sold AB.mullmania wrote: ↑Tue Apr 18, 2017 11:37 amWhat did you buy Gurley for? AB might still have 4 or 5 more productive years left so the youth of Gurley might be a wash in this trade but oh well, I was bored and wanted to trade.

see the headline now ham sandwiched between 6 defenders as the abysmal vikes oline miss every block or ham shredded by packers as vikings swiss cheese oline melts in the face of withering defensive heat.

Re: Buy-Low RBs?
Haha, real person. Just another local Minnesota kid (high school, college) that snuck his way on to the Practice squad, then got activated. People are hoping he turns into a Theilen, but he is more of a slow, thumper-type. Good kid, good story, but that would be desperate measures if they went that route. Williams from Buffalo is a decent buy-low now, since Shady is getting up there and always seems to miss a game or two with injuries.Generic Username wrote: ↑Thu Apr 20, 2017 7:48 am What's a CJ Ham? Re: Buy-Low RBs?
I like the McKinnon take, bought him for a 2018 3rd. I think he's more valuable with Murray. He was on fire at the end of the season, cheap to see if it holdsSAMCRO Dynasty wrote: ↑Sun Apr 02, 2017 7:22 am CJ Prosise: Takes a value hit with the Lacy signing but is still the preferred PPR back
