I countered with a 2018 1st for Adrian Peterson and they left me alone after that.

if I had AP I'd absolutely trade him for a 1st next year...

Sorry key word here was initiated by and then accepted by 1.2 owner. I thought this was a huge overpay for 1.2. Jordy and Wentz for Free.

Every so often I get an offer for someone I don't want to move- ie Evans. I usually counter with "It would take an overpay offer" and send something. I wonder if that's how this developed

This one actually occurred last season, but it was accepted in my league by a friend of mine when he was really butt hurt over Sammy. We laugh at him every day.

Received: Dwayne Washington, Gary Barnidge, 2018 3rd, 4th, and 5th.

We just drafted and he dropped Dwash and Barnidge to draft other plays. He had no room on his roster to draft a 4th or 5th. The one 3rd he did use was on Adam Shaheen.

So trade ended up being Watkins for Shaheen.
