How does that make any sense at all?
- Zeke was 1.01 last year
- Zeke gained a lot of value by proving he is a top 3 dynasty RB.
- How is he worth less than 1.01 a year later?

Andrew Luck, Jordy Nelson, 1.08 for 1.02.
- Now I am aggressively trying to get either 1.01 or 1.02 in this one league, but that is just entirely too much for one unknown player in my opinion.

If you are "aggressively trying to get 1.1 or 1.2 in this league", this offer really isn't a bad start in a non-superflex league. I'd probably ask the owner to kick in another pick or player and a QB and it would probably get done. But this is not "Rob Kelley for 1.2" terrible. I wouldn't accept this, but this is a legit "get talks started" offer, especially if you're aggressively pursuing his pick.

I see a lot of guys in my leagues sending garbage offers and claiming they are "trying to get talks started". This is the kind of offer I'd love to get if I were pursuing a top 5 pick.
