Although i prefer the Monciref side as well, Gillslee has looked good in limited action and there are a lot of arguments against Moncrief.

Sure this is: they *value* one player more than the other. From an ADP standpoint, of course I came out on top. But from fantasy production standpoint, maybe someone sees Blount 2.0 on the horizon and is a disgruntled Moncrief owner (there's a lot of them nowadays). I have no idea how his attempted sale of Moncrief went prior to the offer coming my way, but each player was mostly expendable to each original owner and risks there for the taking.

Anyway, I just hope Moncrief starts the season off strong so I can flip him closer to his current ADP value

Logical: He likes Gillslee and thinks he is an underated RB, because he average over 5.5 ypc. Meanwhile, he has owned Moncrief for a couple of years and thinks Moncrief will never be an elite wr because of injury and/or lack of production.

I had sent this offer out before the AP news picked up steam, and I completely forgot that the offer was outstanding until the other owner accepted it yesterday. I'm stacked at WR and needed another RB so I still don't hate the trade even with AP in town. Honestly I'm pretty indifferent on this one and doubt that I'm going to win/lose much either way.
