I wanted at least one share of Foreman and the owner had him on the trading block so I offered Cam Meredith and he declined, said he would take Mixon which I wouldn't do. I offered BMarshall + and he accepted. He needed some WR help and I needed RB help so it seems like a win-win.

Think that's a good roll of the dice. I'm similar in needing rb help, offered Shepard and was rejected

Made two trades today essentially trting to aquire a top five pick.

Pains me to give gronk. But acquiring henry softens the blow.

You were MUCH better with Gronk and Adams than Henry and the 1.04. Not even close in my book.

Kind of nuts to me to see all these trades still valuing Watkins worth 2 1sts when other "injury-prone" WRs like Doctson, White, and Perriman can be had for a 2nd.

Probably because Watkins had an eight game stretch in the NFL where he put up top five numbers .

Watkins has had 3 game stretches where he put up more stats than the other three combined in their careers. A little exaggerated, but not by much.

My next moves are to try to acquire picks for all of my veterans. I also plan on packaging Matthews with picks for an upgrade. I know I may have payed a bit more than I needed to for Matthews, Funchess, and Anderson, but I think I got decent value for Cam and the 2018 1st that will probably be either pick 9 or 10.

Still rebuilding this team and went for a potential huge stud to build around...

Yeah, I looked at like that, a roll of the dice. I felt like I had enough depth at WR on that particular team to take a chance on another rookie RB because his value "should" continue to go up, with all of the hype and everything.

Really? Who the heck makes trades like this? Kudos to you , but if I'm an observer owner in this league I probably throw up in my mouth a bit when I get the email notification of the completed trade.

In all seriousness , it's not as lopsided as some trades we see in here, but it's pretty bad IMO. At least send him an e-beer. LOL
