If you were your team's GM, how would your draft board look?

I don't play IDP so I have no idea who the non-skill position prospects are. Pats need O-line badly, a second cornerback, and then maybe an edge rusher. But it's Belichick, so the hell knows.

Well there definitely seem to be some really nice options at corner, and as a Colts fan I'm excited about that! But yeah, it looks to be a tough year for O-line help

For pass rushers, it seems like most of the top prospects are tweener types, undersized DEs that would be best in a 4-3 defense, so that should benefit you guys.

Dolphins.

Team needs CB, LB, OL, TE

I could see Miami grabbing a TE or CB within the first two rounds, OL & LB next then RB just because someone will be their in the 5th. But as a Dolphins fan I'm use to them doing the opposite so maybe it's rb in 1st, qb in 2nd & then TE. Maybe next they will address OL,LB & CB in free agency. LoL

Chicago Bears (or any team I am GM):

1st round: trenches
2nd round: QB
3rd round: secondary

I would follow this pattern every season. I would never draft RB/WR in the first half of the draft. The Jordan Howard's and Stefon Diggs are always available later and can only be productive if the team is built properly. Linebackers can be found relatively cost-effecient in FA or in the 4th-6th rounds.

Building strong trenches is paramount to success in the NFL, and that commitment requires the earliest draft investments as well as the bulk of committed cap dollars.

2017-
Jonathan Allen is a great fit for the Vic Fangio-led Monsters of the Midway. If he is gone at #3, I'd have a hard time passing up Haason Reddick for a Navarro Bowman role. Those players are rare defensive chess pieces that will pay immediate dividends.

If Deshaun Watson is gone at 2.03 (which I suspect he will be), I have to take one of the remaining QBs and would not rule out Peterman.

3rd round, I pick the best DB to fall to me. Not sure why Jabrill Peppers isn't getting any mock draft love, but I'd take him over the rest anyways because of his utility. I love special teams aces.
Just a guy who loves fantasy football - specifically defense.

Can't say you have any glaring holes on offense other than a TE to eventually replace Witten, but on defense I think Dallas will look to grab a dominant DE, and a quality LB would be huge. Sean Lee has yet to play a complete season and we all know what happens to Dallas' D when Lee goes down :/
The Cowboys will be in heavy for edge players and likely CB's early I think. Wouldn't shock me to see them trade back out of the 1st to grab extra picks. I wouldn't be surprised to see them take a TE round 2-5 that they think can be a decent blocker. WR/return guy is an option as well.
LB I think is a possibility but I have no idea how Jaylon Smith is coming along.

OL, OL, OL, OL... Need at least one starting caliber OT, preferably capable of playing the left side... Young blood on both sides wouldn't be a terrible thing... A solid edge rusher is also a need... Would be a shame not to take advantage of this deep RB class, but that's not the most pressing need... Same goes for the DB class, specifically FS... We're still a fantastic team, but we've gotta be able to win at the LOS on both sides of the ball or we're going to waste some very good years of Cam Newton and Luke Kuechly... We're not in cap hell anymore, so it's possible some of these answers could come via FA...
I think a nice solid route-running possesion guy would do wonders for your offense, essentially like a Sterling Shepard. Not sure who that would be from this class, maybe Fred Ross?
Could Cam even work well with a timing receiver though, I was under the impression that is why they run the jumbo WR/TE package?

I know. Adams at 15 seems crazy. But I very much believe he will be best utilized as a SS near the box, a la Landon Collins, and that's not a HUGE need for us. There are honestly 14 other guys that I would prefer over him.

Why do you say that about Lattimore??? Color me very intrigued...
