Floyd won't last long in New England, not if his career in Arizona is any indication. The Pats offense requires its players to be completely locked in mentally, 100% committed. Floyd's erratic career to this point does not bode well in such context.

Belichick has a well established history of kicking the tires on high-pedigree players that have washed out from other teams, because why not? He struck gold with Moss, once upon a time. However, much more often these players get cut in a season or less. For now, as Pats receivers go I'd rather roster MItchell or Hogan than Floyd.

I haven't seen it, but a friend of mine has and it made him a huge, throbbing fan of Arians. After watching it he went on and on at me about Arians being a rogue genius.

I'm not a huge fan of Treadwell, but this is a good buy-low opportunity...

Ladies and Gentleman, your Minnesota ViQu... Not much of a surprise with him being from there. He is one player I had always avoided in the first place, even when his hype was high. His price was just too high and it was his "year' to break out the last couple. Not that it is some daunting depth chart to climb by any means, he still would have to do a 180 to scale most depth charts at this point.

I hate having Floyd on my roster. Too "valuable" to drop (based on draft pedigree...?), but at the same time quite risky to just have sit on the bench and wither away. No one will trade for him. I guess just hold and see what happens.
Team 1

Team 2
12-team, PPR | 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 2FLEX

QB: Wilson, Jones

Is he too valuable to drop? If he were cut in my league, I wouldn't bother adding him. His fantasy value is like Vic Cruz's right now.

It all hinges on how dedicated he is to cleaning himself up.

Neither Diggs nor Thielen are particularly strong redzone targets, so there's a role for him.

And if either or both Diggs and Thielen were to get hurt, the Vikings have Treadwell, Jarius Wright and two fifth round rookies behind them. Ick.

If he is able to stay on the field, there's an opportunity for him in Minnesota.

Definitely a hold with extremely tempered expectations. This guy kills me. Gave up Hopkins for him in 2014 and i've been waiting for his "breakout" ever since. The worst part is he has a habit of ending seasons with a bang just to keep your hopes up. Here I am hoping again. Lol. Fool me once and all that.

You wouldn't give 2.05 + for Floyd, + a 2018 2nd, right?

No, I wouldn't. I wouldn't trade a 2.05 for a future 2nd period. I'd want something added to justify giving up the current years pick, and assuming the risk that next years 2nd is later than the 2.05.

Straight value, I think Floyd's worth like a rookie 4th round pick. Maybe late 3rd, if you're feeling bold.

It's not as if his new team is cause for any optimism. The depth-chart, QB fit (whether it's Sam or Teddy, neither are ideal for a vertical receiver like Floyd), and overall offense (Vikes slow it down with ball-control) are all working against him with a one-year-prove-it contract. How's he gonna prove it when it'll be a struggle just to get consistent stat opportunities in the first place?

Sorry, I misread. I'd still pass.
