DGB actually had a solid amount of targets and catches even before Jordan Matthews went out. Wentz was looking his way often on the first couple of drives.

Comments like this make me realise you didn't watch the game.

DGB had the majority of his production before Matthews exited the game.

Admittedly, I didn't watch it. I was basing my analysis on what I'd read elsewhere. I'm still not all that excited about DGB. I find that the valuation of players tends to be much like the way college football determines their top 25. If you are assumed to be good then it takes a lot of convincing otherwise and vice versa. DGB holds his value on the assumption of his upside but this far his career pretty much says that he's vastly overvalued. I am a big fan of Wentz and hopefully I'm wrong about DGB and he can give the kid a reliable target. But as a dynasty owner I need to evaluate what he has or has not done up to this point.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

Yeah.
probably the best game by DGB in an Eagles uniform but still not great considering the Packers have been shredded by lesser offenses recently.

Something for DGB owners/truthers to get excited about for sure but for most of us not changing much. DGB got more targets and catches but he didn't really do anything special with them so there is some reason for optimism if that is what you are looking for. I mean he cost them a 40+ yard screen play by blocking before the screen was set...he still needs to get his head in the game or he is a liability on the field when he isn't the primary WR

It hasn't been the year I hoped for but Devante Adams was much worse last year, written off by me and others, with a better QB, more time in the system, less physical upside, and look at him now.

Look at the progression of Mariota and Winston from last year to now and what it has done for their passing games. I foresee the same happening with Wentz. DGB has looked passive and somewhat afraid to let loose this year. My expectations have been tempered but I still have hope for a breakout year 3!!!

I have been vocal about my pause with DGB and why I thought he would be more of a bust than a hit..... I will say this, though, he has looked pretty good the past 2 weeks. Nothing stellar like everyone was drafting him to be 2 years ago, but it was nice to see the Eagles figure out a way to get him more involved. Who knows if it actually turns into anything, but it's a good sign to be gaining the trust of a QB who is also figuring himself out.

How has the lineman that Ten got in the trade been doing?

I listen to MCM Radio (Titans Podcast) from time to time and those guys recently were commenting how much he has contributed, seems they were very happy to have him ..

DGB, I was encouraged by his performance last night .. If he finds a rhythm he could have a really nice game soon.

He has looked good the last two games and I'm hoping he keeps trending up; picked him up in 3 leagues now and have been not-so-patiently waiting for the pay-off.

We sometimes forget that it takes 2-3 years for WR''s to break out... and that is in the same system. With him learning a new QB and a new playbook after camp this year I didn't expect much, but hoping next year is when it clicks for him. He has the opportunity... not a lot of competition and I don't know if Philly brings in another WR next year with the O-line, potential RB, and defensive help they need.

I was shocked I found him on the waiver wire after 2 weeks ago... scooped him up pronto.

I think this is about where I would stand too.

We still have to remember - DGB is still very young. We all knew he was very raw.
He is a player that is going to require development.

However, there have been some promising signs the last few weeks.
If I could get him for a 2nd I would be all over it.

He's only played 1.5 years of football in the last 4 years too (or something close to that). People that are writing him off are missing a great buy low imo.

Probable has more to do with what happened in Ten and the fact they sold him for peanuts
