Hey sorry - didnt notice this til now. No I believe the league is full atm (but 3 owners still owe dues so maybe 1 will change their mind). It is just a league (as far as I know) that was created by DLF members and shared to give DLF Forum Members an idea of what other DLF owners were doing. But thats my interpretation. I am just glad to be a part of it - fun league so far and everyone has been pretty nice so far. I assume the kiddy gloves will come off and the claws sharpened soon. ;)

Typically this is an invite only league after initially created. The idea was to be a public league users can follow along with and watch how your DLF forum peers build and manage teams

Or mismanage teams!
"I like reading the predictions of the morons on here and cashing in by doing the opposite. Especially Dookmariot." - Lotto4Life

"Because of (the Raiders), there's the no-clothesline rule, the no-hitting-out-of-bounds rule, the no-fumbling-forward-in-the-last-two-minutes rule, the no-throwing-helmets rule and the no-Stickum rule. So you see, we're not all bad." - Ted "The Mad Stork" Hendricks

One thing I do find, and I like about this league, is more owners seem to be willing to at least start negotiations. Even if no trade is accomplished, I find actually getting trade offers to be quite useful, and helpful to gauge where an owners at.

Have now successfully completed trades with 5 of 15 owners (in less than 1 month of ownership). :)

I didn't think anyone had any hope left for Strong, so happy to essentially get Wallace for a mid-3rd in a 16 team leaguer.

I dont have much hope, but I definitely have room (since it is a 16 team league with large offseason rosters) to see if he can recover from the ACL and land himself a role on a 53 man roster some time this fall. He is still on rosters in my other 16 team leagues as well.

Another owner traded with - so now at 6 of 15. :)

Also I got one of my semi-favorite journeymen QBs in Gabbert - I'm hoping he can have a Fitzpatrick / McCown type 2nd act - but we'll see!

Waivers have opened up (and all owners are paid up).

So far the following action has occurred

Waiver Week I

Dookmariot - $26 - J. Grant
Dookmariot - $7 - K. Marshall (beat my $1 bid)
Dookmariot - $2 - DeVier Posey (I guess this shows how thin the FA pool is hehe)
Dookmariot - $1 - Marquess Wilson (I had same bid but guess his was entered first - so I'd likely be willing to buy him off Dook for $2)
Jaron - $4 - S. Devalve (cut E. Hood)
Jaron - $2 - Austin Carr - but cut Fleener to do so
ArrylT - $1 - J. Manziel (spent more in a SF to get him)

Waivers Week II

ArrylT - $9 - Coby Fleener (still with NO atm)
ArrylT - $1 - Nathan Peterman (currently my QB 1 since my other QBs are Gabbert, Cutler & the recently added Johnny Football)
ArrylT - $1 - J. Leggett (ASJ is gone from NY)
Dookmariot - $1 Kenny Bell (could be a sneaky pick)

Just as an FYI for anyone who isnt aware - this is a 16 team league - offseason roster limit seems to be 40 - during season it is 25

I currently have 19 players on my roster. I cut M. Lewis post-waivers week 2 after opening shopping him

Also I just realized that BB Dollars are not tradeable - so I wont be able to buy Wilson off of Dookmariot (should he ever get tired of him). :(

Major trade went down recently - I think it was even for both sides - and hopefully both sides were happy with what they got. Not sure the protocol here so I wont mention specifics unless its cool to talk about any trade that occurs and not just those involving your team.

But no other trades recently - the NFL FA moves do not seem to have given many owners reason to adjust either their rosters or valuations.

An owner acquired Taysom Hill, and others added Ed Dickson & Michael Roberts (obviously a stash in case he garners major role with Ebron gone).

^ you are most certainly allowed to cite specifics, that was the whole point of the league. And feel free to add your own color.
