I think NFL teams are worried that Diggs is more explosive and can effect the game in a greater capacity by taking one to the house. But honestly great question. Might be where the two WR's line up in formation? Just spitballing at this point.

Thielen plays more in the slot. Defenses usually keep their top corners on the outside. Slot corners are easier to give help from linebackers, safeties & other corners.

Since the lid already got cracked on his race, if he were to hold onto NFL receiving yards leaders, how far back would we have to go for the last white guy to win that award?

The best whitey wide receiver I have watched dominate a game was probably Steady Eddie McCaffery, but the peak form of him was very short. I remember a couple games where he was just tossing dbs and stuff arming them to death. Still have not seen anything like it to this day. Token white receivers will always be a fan favorite. Ride him to a title and hope it continues for a few more years.

Wes Welker at his peak was pretty damn good. Not sure if I'd day Edelman is/was at that level or not.

Owner of Thielen is 2-4. I offered Mike Evans along with 2019 1st and 2nd for Theilen yesterday. Declined. No counter, no explaination. I'm over trying to deal with this guy for Thielen. I'm getting the impression he is untradeable.

FWIW, I likely would have accepted that. Evans will be around longer and if I were 2-4 I’d be looking to get younger.

At 2-4 with a bad looking team I take your deal. At 2-4 with bad beats/a team that could easily turn it around, I think I decline

Well, I do think he could turn things around and is still likely a low seeded playoff team. Prob doesn't have a great shot to win it all cuz he is week at qb, rb, and deoesnt have good depth at wr or te.. But, he does have some upside players, and, in the playoffs anything can happen. He, as it stands is a middle of the pack team that has had a few unlucky weeks. Main players on his roster; Dalton and A.Smith, J.White, McCoy, Penny,A.Jones,Blount, Duke Johnson, T.Hill, A.Thielen, Garcon, C.Hogan, c.Meridith, J.Nelson, K.Benjamin, and T.Kelce, I've offered 4-5 different deals, all of which I felt were generous. But, We are in Minnesota. League has mostly hard core Vikings fans in it. It's likely, that has something to do with it as well.

Thielen's yet another example of how high the route-craft ceiling is. Thielen's getting open at will, and it's not because of an athletic cheat-code, not because he's only just now unlocked elite speed/burst/agility/catch-radius/play-strength/etc at age 28.

I bought him where I'm trying to compete, but I'd have sold for that.

Well, seventh 100+ yard game in a row. He's now "on pace" for 1996.3 yards if he can keep this up for the remaining 10 weeks.
