He's not healthy coming off knee and ankle surgeries. He'll end up somewhere, but teams are probably not in a rush to sign guys who are rehabbing.
Unless you're Richard Sherman, and the 49'ers decide you're worth the risk.
And he probably didn't make any friends in NFL front offices by bashing the Eagles' medical staff for their "bad diagnoses" of these injuries he had repaired.

Hurns is visiting the Cowboys on Wednesday. I know he’s not a star but he’s definitely showed that he can put up some good numbers but injuries have slowed him down the last two seasons. He’s only 26 though and is also known for being a strong blocker in the running game which is crucial with the Cowboys. I’m hoping they can make it happen, as long as he checks out medically.
