I don't take part in these types of internet discussions or debates as they invariably devolve into BS (and on this I am "one and done" here)... but you were called out, and now you're side-stepping. You've probably lost respect of a portion. At least own your sh** so you don't lose respect from everyone.
Again, I ask you the same question I posed earlier: When Aristotle challenged the notion that the Earth was flat, was he also insulting and dismissing those that believed that the Earth really was flat, or was he just challenging the belief itself?

If there was a widely held belief around here that Jordy was going to be a WR1 for 2016 and 2017 even after his injury and you challenged that idea and said it was nonsense and you instead thought that his career was done, would you be insulting those of us who might believe that he will indeed be that WR1 still?
I told you I was one and done here. This discussion has absolutely zero merit in a FF forum. If you wish to discuss the merits of religion, and Aristotle, and the Earth's composition, and Jordy Nelson's future, then PM me.
Exactly.

And for the record (because true historians will appreciate this next point)... Aristotle never challenged that the Earth was not flat, simply he argued that it was round. It was not argued that it was spherical (3d by definition - thereby formally disputing the "flat" stance) until almost 150 years after Aristotle. So facts be damned, let's argue over the internet for the sake of arguing.

Also, I've never received that pm.

I'm just here to point out that Pythagoras thought the earth was a sphere long before Aristotle or Plato discussed those ideas (those dudes also thought it was a sphere). It is just a common myth that 'flat earth theory' abounded across history. People have long been smart enough (since scholars became a thing basically) to realize that a ship dipping over the horizon does in fact come back sometimes. Also, arguing about religion (especially on the internet!) is never fruitful.

I'm of the belief that the world is flat and atop the back of a giant space turtle.

I agree. Plus practical considerations aside I would rather roster players who are decent human beings even if my team suffers for it. If I were to win my league thanks to points from a rapist or wife beater I would feel a little guilty.

And DGB is no saint either. I don't get the idea of feeling guilty because one of your fantasy players doesnt have the same morals as you. Its not like owning means you condone his actions, it just means he scores fantasy points.
