Beards

Why arent there more head coaches with beards? I think they should make a grizzly adams rule where you have to interview a coach that has a big beard.
Still find it asinine that coaches are only permitted to wear suits on the sideline twice a year.
Has nothing to do with beards but that's what I thought of when I read this.
