An owner posted on trade block that Winston, 2nd, and a 4th are available for a QB upgrade. Matt Ryan is my QB3 behind Rodgers and Watson (more like even with Watson it looks like this year). I don't have a 1st next year, and I'd be interested in the step back in QB3 to get a 1st if he'd add that rather than 2nd and 4th
My team could be a contender if I had better RBs. (Guice IR and Penny not being used) Guessing it makes playoffs this year and then 1st round exit
Update: Now he's asking for Winston and Dalvin Cook for Matt Ryan and Sony Michel
I'm worried about Cook's performance this year and don't feel I should have to add another close to even to Cook back in return

I don't think Winston is that much of a downgrade. Then to me, it comes down to how you view the RBs. Cook is more valuable but has started very slow and might be an injury headache for a while. I think I still take Winston and Cook.
Maybe you can package a different RB or a WR? Not sure what your team looks like, but if you need RB help it doesn't help you to trade Sony in this deal
