For team 1 in sig, I have an offer of selling AJG for Darnold +´Parker (the latter could maybe be negotiated to another player).
In a vacuum which side do you like?
And with my team in mind, would you start looking for a “lost season” and prep for 2019?

Your team is competitive I would stay put plus it's only a 10 team league so QBs aren't as scarce

With luck, Big Ben, and Eli, you have three solid QB starters. it might make more sense to see if you can combine assets can get one more top tier starter than trying to start a rebuild.

if by half way through the season, things are looking dire. Maybe try to rebuild then.

Absolutely not. Even if you're in full rebuild mode (which you're not), I'd be targeting a faaaaar better 2nd piece than Parker in a trade.
