I know you said you're looking to compete this year, but if it's at the same pick, give me Mayfield over the other two. Now if the option is take a RB/WR/TE now and wait to grab whoever of the 3 falls, then I think that's a decent strategy as well and I wouldn't hate having any of them as my backup (assuming by backup you mean your 3rd QB).
12 Team Superflex - PPR, 0.25 PPC - QB/2RB/3WR/TE/Flex/Superflex

WR: DeVonta, Waddle, Aiyuk, Nacua, McLaurin, Hopkins, M Williams, Mingo, Wan’Dale, Hyatt
TE: Kelce, Okonkwo, Schoonmaker

Easily Carr for me. He had a bad year last season but the entire team was falling apart and he was playing with multiple broken vertebrae in his back. Two years ago he was being taken in the top 3 rounds of SF and still has a solid supporting cast around him.

I like Baker but he’s completely unproven and Trubisky didn’t show anything last year to raise his value.

TE: JSmith, ISmith, ZErtz

Team 2 - 16 team, PPR, SF

Pretty sure you already asked this question a few days ago...

Trubisky/Mayfield
Carr

I like all 3 and I don't think you can really go wrong here. At this point, I'd rather play the upside of Trubisky or Mayfield rather than settle for the "safe" play in Carr.

I'd argue Carr is the safest and probably has just as much upside as the other two.

My brain says Carr but my gut says Mayfield all the way, every new interview I watch of Baker makes me like him more. All the comps to manziel are rediculous, Baker is smart, competitive, has some of the best stats out of college I've ever seen, and more than anything watch his interview with that joke of a sports reporter Cowherd and try not to fall in love with him. (Ok maybe I'm obsessed with Baker)

I watched it, I don't love him. That cop layed him out, too LOL. That was quite the sack.

Trubisky and Mayfield are getting the off-season hype because of coaching/supporting cast changes and draft slot respectively. I think Carr should be valued at least equal, if not more, but he is having quiet off-season and then questions surrounding Gruden are lowering his perceived value.
Too many teams and lineup changes to keep track of them all.
