Asking for a friend, how would y'all value keenum in a 12 team must start 2 QB league in draft picks? Late 2018 1st?

I would not even consider more than a 2nd.

Even then - I would need to have a big QB need to pay that.

I'm willing to pay a mid to late 2nd. I saw a lot of growth last year -- he'll probably regress to a career backup again, but I'm not too risk averse.
