Newton is the new baldwin

Postby whaley88 » Sat Feb 24, 2018 3:44 pm

Don't get how I have such a hard time trading Newton away in my league since its .25 ppc on top of it all. Even in down years he puts up money. What deal should I be expecting to get for him or should I be looking for? Team in sig. I got turned down a deal for Goff and najee Harris (devy).

Thinking I should just hold but the new coordinator gots me worried. Only way I feel better is if they draft/sign major line improvement and a wr.

My only concern with Newton is injury, but he is pure $. Under rated

I'm confused: If Newton is the new Baldwin (i.e., underrated; someone that you cannot get fair value for), then why are you trying to hard to trade him?

Trying to capitalize on the value of a qb1. Drop a tier to gain in areas I'm weak to make a more well rounded team.

X2. Never been a fan. His passing doesn't impress me. His rushing attempts seem to be declining somewhat. I would have declined your original offer too. Best bet is to move him during the season to a contender if you have to move him.

I'm not disagreeing with your desire to trade him. I'm questioning the wisdom of trading him now if he is wholly undervalued.
