Personally I like having 4 viable starters. A couple mid #1's and a couple #2's. Also another prospect or high end backup.

In a 12 team league I want 4 starters (2 top shots and at least 1 with upside). so 1.07 should be for sure your next QB, if there is one of the upper tier there at 1.09 at take him as well
